- Legends Global has an excellent and immediate opening for a Security Receptionist for Legends
- Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.
- This position is assigned to the Executive Reception area in Gate F. The primary responsibilities are
- answering and directing calls from the main phone system, assisting visitors with queries and concerns,
- providing information and directing them to the correct internal or external entities, and monitoring
- lobby access to ensure only authorized people enter the facility.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward telephone calls
- Answer routine telephone inquiries, event-specific or general inquiries
- Greet and welcome guests and direct them to specific locations
- Restock promotional items in the main lobby, as needed
- All other duties as assigned
- Boardroom & Conference Room
- Maintain the Boardroom and Conference room and immediate area after each meeting,
- including coordinating with Housekeeping as needed. …
