Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly kitchen, warewashing, storage, and food preparation areas in accordance with company standards and applicable health and safety regulations.

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, small wares, food preparation equipment, and other kitchen items.

Operate commercial dishwashing machines, sanitizers, trash compactors, glass crushers, and other stewarding equipment safely and properly.

Assists with sweeping and mopping floors at appropriate intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, sinks, shelving, meat blocks, food preparation surfaces, and assigned kitchen equipment. …
