Changeover Crew

• The Part-Time Changeover Crew Member supports the setup, changeover, and breakdown of events at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. This position performs physical event setup and operational support based on event requirements and facility needs.
• Changeover Crew Members work a flexible schedule based on the venue's event calendar, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, changeovers, and breakdowns throughout the facility.

Set, move, and remove tables, chairs, staging, pipe and drape, barricades, and other event equipment.

Arrange meeting rooms, exhibit areas, ballrooms, and other event spaces according to established event specifications.

Load, unload, transport, and properly store event equipment and materials.

Assist with resetting event spaces between scheduled functions.

Maintain event equipment and storage areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.

Follow instructions and work assignments provided by Operations Supervisors and venue management. …
